Get a head start on your college applications and essays this summer!  Join us for a week of applications, essays, and organization.  This summer My Admissions Sherpa will offer two sessions of camp online.  Our specialty is helping kids get into college while making the process as stress free as possible.  We know, we know...high school students don't really want to devote a week of summer break to school work but we promise this is worth it!  We want you to begin Senior year ahead of the curve with your applications filled out, your essay written, and your "to do" list in order.  Don't fall into the trap of waiting until September to get started.  Completing college applications is like having a part time job.  Imagine what it will be like to do this while simultaneously taking a full load of classes, maintaining good grades and participating in extra-curricular activities.  Most students find this overwhelming and stressful.

In just five short days you can accomplish the following:

  • Complete either the Common or Coalition Application

  • Write a winning Admissions Essay

  • Compose a Resume of Activities

  • Complete an application checklist for at least one school

  • Compile a list of at least five schools that fall into your Good Match category

  • Gain access for eight weeks to My Admissions Sherpa's online program that will guide students through the rest of the application process

  • Participate in a Q&A panel of current college students from local colleges to learn more about getting into the school of your dreams and adjusting to college life

  • Learn in small classes with 4 : 1 student : teacher ratio

Learn from Experienced Professionals: Kate Barker and Jenny Schlegel, have each been working in the field of college admissions for over twenty years! They have each interviewed hundreds of college admissions officers and know what colleges are looking for. Also, both are certified English teachers so they can help you write am amazing essay.   Check out our "Success Stories" link above to hear what past students have said about them.

Sign up for either our AM or PM session. Students will meet for three hours a day and must commit to completing one to two hours of homework assignments between meetings.
